Question:ticket dispenser only  or come with paper roll

Question: Does this dispenser have something inside to cut the dispensed ticket? I have the same dispenser but multiple tickets come out at once when pulled.
Answer: If the tickets are pulled straight out the tickets will not break off as easily. When pulling out the ticket pull down and the paper will break off. Thank you for your interest and question.  
Question: Can this item sit on a counter by it self? I do not want to use a stand.
Answer: Nope, it has to be mounted on that black piece on the back of it, either on a stand or a wall
