Introduction:
Queue Management System is mainly used in fast food restaurant, self- service reataurant, clinic, hospital, office and so on where there are a lot of customers waiting for his or her service. This system consist of a transmitter for the caller and a signal receiver K-302.

When the callers are ready for offering service, they just press the number on the K-999 keypad to send an ID to signal receiver. And the guest will know the information that the dishes or the service are ready to be offered and take it at earlier time.

• Calling the guest to pick up the food in restaurant
• Calling doctor from administrator,When patient visit your clinic.
• Calling staff/secretary from boss/manager

How Queue Management System works?
1. Customer go to the Service station and take a number ticket by Thermal printer.
2. Customer wait for their service.
3. When it is their turn, the counter worker will press the "Next" transmitter to call.
4. The customer's number will show on the display screen with prompt sound, so that customer know which counter they should attend.
