The High Security Road Blocker is engineered for the most demanding access control environments, offering rugged hydraulic performance, rapid deployment and vehicle impact protection. Designed to protect military sites, airports, freight terminals and industrial estates, it features heavy steel construction a 100% duty-rated hydraulic power pack and options for spans of 2 m to 5 m and lifts of 500 mm or 800 mm.

Key Features

• Heavy-duty steel rectangular hollow-section framework and fully galvanised top plate for long-term durability.

• Two standard lift heights 500 mm (for ~15-tonne axle weight) and 800 mm (for ~20-tonne axle weight) providing robust blocking capacity.

• Four standard widths (2m, 3m, 4m, 5m) allow flexible installation for various drive-through points.

• Deployment time of approximately 4–6 seconds, enabling effective traffic flow combined with high security. 

• Designed for continuous operation (100% duty-rated) ideal for heavy traffic zones and high-security sites. 

• Full integration with vehicle access systems: card readers, radio control, induction loops, biometric readers and traffic lights supported.
